Shipping policy

At Sasha, we dispatch all of our orders within 24 hours of receiving the order. We deliver the products in the world, using our logistic partner DTDC. Depending on the geographic location of the customer it takes about 3 to 7 working days to deliver the product to the customer’s door.

By placing an order on this website you will be agreeing to the terms below. This is to set the expectations of our services for both parties.

Order Dispatches

Once the order is placed we send an email with order tracking details and the complete invoice of the purchased product. You will also get a contact number in case you want to speak to us regarding your order.

Subject to stock availability. We maintain the stock counts on our website, but at times, since our pairs are handmade, there can be a stock discrepancy on some occasions and hence the delay in shipping. Although, we keep the buyer informed from time to time.

Personalisation
